On the access roads we will again put up signs at every important fork, which will show you the way to the festival area. If you need more information on how to get to the festival by car, please contact us at info@voidfest.de and we will help you as much as we can.
The closest train station is in Zillendorf(be sure to press the stop button), which is only a few minutes walk from the festival site. If you need more information on how to get there by train, please contact us at info@voidfest.de and we will help you as much as we can.
Planning a train ride
Bike together to the Void - less exhaust fumes, less traffic and more fun. The tour will probably go via Munich and Regensburg. If you are coming from another direction, please let us know and we will help you to find other Voidians for the tour. If you are interested, please contact us at: info@voidfest.de.
Camping and parking is already included in the ticket price. You can park your car right next to your tent. Please only use the signposted parking and camping areas. Wild camping and parking is prohibited! Advance reservations are only possible for larger groups or families. In this case, please contact info@voidfest.de. Separate day parking is available in sufficient numbers.
Unfortunately, climate change does not stop at the Void Fest. The prolonged heat is very hard on the meadows and also especially the forest. This means that we also have to be more considerate of nature when camping. We know that for many of you barbecue or canned ravioli from the gas stove are part of a festival and we don't want to forbid you that. Camping stoves must be used on a fireproof base. When grilling, please make sure that there is a distance of at least 20 cm from the ground to the charcoal tray. In addition, hot ash or coal residues must not be able to fall out of the grill. Please always have some water handy in case of doubt. Please refrain completely from open fires and make sure that your cigarette remains do not end up on the lawn.
In spite of all caution it can be that the forest and meadow fire danger is too high and we must forbid also the grill completely. In this case we will inform you via social channels and appropriate signs at the entrance of both campsites and at the entrance.
We will distribute plenty of rubbish bags on the campsite. Please use them and pay attention to cleanliness on your site as the entire area is used for agricultural purposes! You can get rubbish bags for this at the cash desk and at the information desk. At the end of the festival you can simply throw the rubbish into a container provided. The environment will be very grateful!
Do yourself, us and most importantly your animals a favor and leave them at home.
Our stewards on the campsite will do their best to fulfill your wishes, but they always have the last word. In exceptional cases, this may also mean that you have to camp or park somewhere else than planned.
Two regional food trucks will provide you with a variety of vegan dishes. The teams from Hotel Scharnagl and Cafe Hinkofer will be able to satisfy your unbridled hunger.
In addition to hot food, you can look forward to an extensive selection of cakes, pastries and hot drinks in the familiar coffee tent. This year there will also be a special VOID coffee again! Limited and lovingly roasted by our friends at stray coffee roasters.
Let's be honest - a festival in the middle of the forest is not directly climate-conscious. Nevertheless, we want to do everything we can to keep ourcarbon footprint as small as possible. With a carpool and bike group on Facebook, pocket ashtrays at the festival and vegan, mostly regional and organic food, we can already implement some points.
Unavoidable emissions will be compensated by Atmosfair and are included in the ticket price with 1,72 €. The money goes 100% to Atmosfair, which in turn uses it to support climate protection projects around the world.
82% of the emissions emitted at Void Fest can be attributed to travel by car. You can do us and the environment a big favor: Form carpools! Or better yet, travel by train or shuttle bus, or join a Void Bike Tour.
